“Retirement Provision Monitor 2025”: New Nationwide Study on Retirement Planning in Germany Now Available

In collaboration with our partner Nordlight Research, we have conducted a comprehensive study on retirement planning in Germany: the “Retirement Provision Monitor 2025.”

The study combines qualitative in-depth interviews with a nationwide, representative quantitative survey of around 1,000 individuals. It provides detailed insights into attitudes, fears, needs, and sources of information related to retirement provision – differentiated by socio-demographic groups. Particular emphasis is placed on emotional and psychological factors, specific challenges and barriers, as well as implications for providers, policymakers, and financial advisors.

The findings are now available and offer a solid foundation for the development of products, communication strategies, and political solutions.
